Terms & Conditions

At La Vida Boutiques transactional site we aim to provide you with a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to provide you with the same fantastic service you would receive in our store, protect your privacy and provide an easy to use and secure site. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Payments can be made securely online using pay-pal. We also welcome telephone payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.  Please call 01403 259222. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will not take any payment until we have confirmed your item/s are in stock. In the unlikely event an item is sold out it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable alternative or offer to order your product in for you.

Delivery Standard UK delivery is £4.99. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. Express Delivery £7.99 next day if the order is placed before 1pm  Monday to Thursday. Express Delivery same day within Horsham area £10 if you live or work within a 10 mile radius of Horsham and require same day delivery. Please call 01403 259222 to arrange. Please note this service is not available on Sundays.

Click & Collect For FREE We also offer a click & collect service in-store for free. Simply select 'Click & Collect' from the delivery drop down menu. Orders will be held in-store for 7 days. (please contact us if you can't collect within 7 days). Please bring your order confirmation with you along with photo ID.

Product Exchanges & Returns

Exchanging or Returning Your Order

To make a return/exchange WITH REGARDS TO ALL EVENING, PROM & BRIDAL WEAR, La Vida Boutique must be notified within 48 hours of receipt whereupon an authorisation number will be given. Please email  All other items also require an authorisation number but we do not need to be notified within 48 hours.  All returns must be post-marked and sent to La Vida Boutique, 27 Swan Walk, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1HQ within 7 days of receipt. If the item is post-marked past the 7 days allowed or does not have the authorised returns number, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please ensure all goods are returned with 7 days.

All items being returned must be in their original condition with all tags attached and posted at the customers expense. Furthermore, garments that have any deodorant stains, make-up or odours will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund. NOTICE: Any special orders, made to measure dresses, cannot be returned.

If you are exchanging an item for another size or style, we must receive and inspect before we can make the exchange.  We will post out an exchange free of charge.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. More info about the EU Distance Selling Directive can be found at:

Please write your authorisation number on both the outside of your parcel and on a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be accepted without an authorisation number on the outside of the parcel. All exchanges being returned are based on the item being returned in its original condition.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. For the protection of our employees we will not handle any garments that are not in original condition.

Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for all postage costs for returned items.


We ask that you inspect all garments on receipt and if to be found faulty please contact us at quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.


For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. La Vida Boutique makes every effort to prevent postal damage, however, please keep the original packaging and take the following steps if there appears to be any such damage:

  1. Promptly contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection report

  2. Request that the postal office/carrier return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

When a purchase is made on our site we ask for some personal details to create an account. Your data will enable us to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes.

We may also send you emails from time to time to inform you of new deliveries, events or special offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails please use the unsubscribe link in the emails sent, or email  writing “unsubscribe” in the subject heading.

We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

We never pass on your data to 3rd party companies for mailing or marketing purposes.
