NOTIFY US OF THE RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return you goods. Please adhere to our online returns policy.
To make a return/exchange La Vida Boutique must be notified within 14 days of receipt . You should make it clear whereupon an authorisation number will be given. Please email email@example.com All returns must then be post-marked and sent to La Vida Boutique, Unit 27, Swan Walk, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1HQ within 14 days of receipt. If the item is post-marked past the 14 days allowed or does not have the authorised returns number we will be unable to accept your return. Please ensure all goods are returned with 14 days.
All items being returned must be in their original condition with all tags attached and posted at the customers expense. Furthermore, garments that have any deodorant stains, make-up or odours will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund. NOTICE: Any special orders, made to measure dresses, cannot be returned.
If you are exchanging an item for another size or style, we must receive and inspect before we can make the exchange. We will post out an exchange free of charge.

Please write your authorisation number on both the outside of your parcel and on a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be accepted without an authorisation number on the outside of the parcel. All exchanges being returned are based on the item being returned in its original condition.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. For the protection of our employees we will not handle any garments that are not in original condition.
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for all postage costs for returned items.
We ask that you inspect all garments on receipt and if to be found faulty please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. La Vida Boutique makes every effort to prevent postal damage, however, please keep the original packaging and take the following steps if there appears to be any such damage:
Promptly contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection report
Request that the postal office/carrier return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
